Herbal Remedies - Delivery System

Picture
Herbal remedies are taken in two ways:

Taken WITH MEALS, to make the process of digestion more efficient.

Taken AWAY FROM MEALS, to reach the deeper tissues and organs. “Away from meals” means a minimum of either one hour after a meal (or) a minimum of 20 minutes before a meal.

Most often, a patient/person at AUM is given a simple digestive agent to ensure that the herbal remedies are properly utilized and to ensure the assimilation of nutrients and elimination of wastes. (It is vital to make certain that the digestive metabolic fire is burning efficiently!)
