MUSIC

Sound Bath

Picture
Sound Bath With Sonam is a musical and spiritual journey. The sounds come from SO many instruments from all around the world that the music is evocative of temples, caves, and ancient tree groves. The sounds can also be deeply relaxing and comforting, thus facilitating letting go of anxiety and worries.

Participants comment on how integrated they feel with all of nature, and how they had ‘dream time visions’ of their spiritual teachers and guides.

The instruments used are partially listed here:
- didgeridoo
- voice
-
frame drum
-
quartz singing bowls
- gongs
-
flutes
-
recorders
- harmonium
-
harmonica
-
tanpoori
-
tabla......
 Well, you get the idea!
